Big Talk @ Wren's Nest
Big Talk is a weekly event at Wren's Nest designed to enhance and improve the speaking and listening skills of every child. Every Monday morning, Mrs Wylie or Mrs Mason introduce the topic that is to be talked about during the week. This happens in the Big Talk assembly. Every child then takes home a letter to tell parents what it is we have been 'talking about' and the children and parents are encouraged to discuss the topic of the week at home.
